The registration fee depends on how early you register for Summit. The earlier, the better because it’s $299 until Friday, February 3, 2023. After February 3, 2023, the cost is $399.
Yes! The guest registration fee is $99. Guests can attend evening receptions and events, but sessions and daily meals are excluded. Please email [email protected] to receive information on registering your guest.
Yes! If multiple people from your organization register, there is a $150 discount for your additional attendees. See below for early bird pricing details:

You will need to log into the Brightree Summit registration website with your email and password. Once you log in with this information, you’ll be able to make changes to your registration. If you have any questions regarding registration, please contact the Brightree Events Team at [email protected].
We accept the following methods of payment: American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. Payment must accompany your registration. Registrations without payment will not be processed. If you have questions regarding alternative payment methods, please contact [email protected].
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] Applicable refunds will be processed based on the time and date the request was submitted:
Full refund: Cancellation notices must be received by 11:59 pm EDT on Friday, March 3, 2023.
50% refund: Cancellation notices must be received between 12:00 am EDT on Saturday, March 4, 2023, and 11:59 pm EDT on Wednesday, April 12, 2023.
No refunds will be processed for cancellation notices received after 12:00 am EDT on Thursday, April 13, 2023.

Yes! You can select sessions from any track, but you can only select one session per timeslot. Session information will be posted closer to the conference dates.
You’ll register for your breakout sessions during the registration process. The full agenda will not be available until January 2023, so you won’t have the option to select individual breakout sessions until the agenda is released. If you register before the agenda is released, you’ll need to log back into your registration with your email address and password. Once logged in, you can select your sessions and make any changes to your registration.
Please submit any food allergies during registration so we can accommodate your needs.
