Accommodations

Group rate information:

• We’ve negotiated a group rate of $299/night plus tax so you can stay as close to the action as possible. But hurry, this rate expires on Friday, August 30th.
• Be sure to book your hotel stay to join us for our customer appreciation event on the evening of Wednesday, September 25th.  
• Extend your stay and take advantage of this reduced rate from September 18 – September 28, 2024 (based on availability).
• Check-in is 4 pm and check-out is 11 am. If you arrive before 4 pm, guest services can arrange to check baggage until your room is available. That goes for departure day as well.
• Deposit policy: A credit card is required to guarantee reservation. One night’s room and tax deposit is required.
